Q: Do You Have A Store I Can Visit?

A: No, Dollmasters is exclusively a mail order company. Dollmasters does have a corporate headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland, with a reception area for the pick-up of pre-ordered merchandise, and for "trying on" doll costumes. Appointments must be made in advance by calling (800)966-3655.

Q: What is Old Store Stock?

A: Old Store Stock is a term that Dollmasters uses to describe a product which is neither in production nor has been for a long time. Old Store Stock items, such as the German 'Peter" bear, are frequently discovered by Dollmasters extensive research and discovery team buried deep in long-forgotten, and occasionally abandoned, warehouses across Western Europe and North America. Due to the nature of such items, customers are advised that Old Store Stock items are extremely limited and sell out quickly.

Q: Can I purchase items wholesale?

A: Products which have been produced exclusively by Dollmasters can be purchased wholesale assuming the requirements are met. For a list of items available at wholesale and the requirements for purchase, please contact Sandia Sanders at (800)966-3655 from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Q: How are my items shipped?

A: All products are shipped via UPS, though more speedy delivery options are available for an additional fee. Items sent to a post office box address will be shipped via the US Postal Service. In either case, 3 to 7 days is normal for delivery.

For orders outside the continental US, add an additional $25 for standard postage.

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. Returns will be accepted within 30 days on general merchandise, minus shipping and handling.

'Old Store Stock' will be accepted for return within 14 days, minus shipping and handling.

Books have a 25% re-stocking charge if removed from shrink-wrapping, so please verify titles first.

Please notate your problem on the bottom of the shipping invoice and return it with the merchandise by UPS or US mail. Indicate if you prefer a replacement or refund. For your protection, please insure the package.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

A: All of our online credit card transactions are protected by the highest grade encryption.
